Undo an accidental restore on ipod?

I wanted to update it, but for SOME REASON that i dont know of, the Ipod got restored. Is there a way without Icloud that it can be reversed? Also, it said Restore failed, yet it is in Factory settings. The three options when opening Itunes with the Ipod plugged in are "Continue restore" "delete backup" or "cancel". Which one should I click if I do not want to restore it and get the backed up music onto it and perhaps get it back to how it was 10 minutes ago? Please help I need my pics and Videos back! Thank you
