Like a dock accessory that has a wireless remote control, or something mobile..
Not a dock, I am looking for a wireless remote device that will plug into the 30 pin and let me control the nano wireless of course it has to be small so the earbugs will plug in as well.
I think what you need to look for is a Bluetooth transmitter/receiver, that connects to the Dock Connector on the iPod. I'm not personally familiar with such products, but here's one example

(There's an image of it connected to a 6th gen nano.)
People use this with Bluetooth wireless headphones that have the remote controls. But it sounds like you want to use regular headphones, and a separate device that is just a remote control (that supports the "AVRCP" standard).
The reason for a wireless set up is that I wear a helmet while riding and use a small in ear headphone that will plugs into the ipod that I keep in the jacket pocket, most of the blu-tooth ear piece are too bulky to wear under a helmet so that's why I need a deceive that will plug in the ipad and has a wireless remote. I was using two older ipod's with a griffin air click wireless remote that works great but over time the batteries does not hold a good charge anymore. I got the nano 6th gen because of it's size and memory and great battery life and of course the air click can not work this is model and that's the reason for a remote that will have to plug into the doc connector, for me riding with music make the ride so much more enjoyable it's a no brainer as well it filters out some of the road noise.
Thanks
To do what you want, i think a Bluetooth "adapter" that plugs into the dock connector is the only solution. The problem is that the device that connects to Bluetooth (for this use) is typically a wireless headset that has the remote control. I don't know of a device that is a separate remote control.
Would this work? Connect a corded remote control to the iPod, something like this

Connect whatever headphones you want to use to the end of that cord. Since the remote control buttons are near the iPod (not dangling under the earbud inside your helmet), maybe you can have the iPod in the pocket with the remote "nub" just outside the pocket, and you can access it there. You may be able to find a similar product where the cord length is longer.
Found three wireless remote that I think will fit my need, two seem good with the monster being the best because I can use it even in the rain while riding and the last one from ebay should do the job as well but at that price dough it would last long.
