Q: have a new iPod classic, did have nano, have an iTunes acct., but when i connect my new iPod to computer it will only transfer music not playlists or music videos ... what am i doing wrong?

Having trouble syncing music videos and playlists to my new iPod classic, already have an iTunes account, have an iPod nano, what am i doing wrong?
