WINDOWS 8, DVD-RW DISAPPEARS WITH EVERY BOOT CAMP 5 INSTALL

After installing Boot Camp 5 in Windows 8 my DVD-RW disappears, every time. I have remove the hdd controller in device manager, and then restart. It's fine after that.
