Bought coins and didn't get them and know cant buy nothing

I have bought a package for my game and didn't get my coins.. It's the coin dozer game.. And then 2day I tried 2 buy some coins and its says I can't buy anything 2 get n touch with I tunes support and I have the money on my iPad or iTunes whatever u want 2 call it but I have 8.04 left and it took my money off but will not give me my coins 4 the game what do I do or what can I do.. I have bought them and can't get them and know it will not let me buy nothing at all... Please help me.. I have the newest iPad and I'm new 2 this please help
