Missing itunes purchases?

Why when I moved my itunes to my new computer did 52 songs I bought from the Apple store not transfer and are not on this computer?

Just discovered that itunes said they are not on my computer but I moved my itunes store all at once so don't know why they did not move when the rest of my store did.
