my phone screen is broken what can i do

Sorry, you won't get any support for that phone in India...they won't touch it there. Your warranty/support is limited to the country where you purchased the phone. In your case, that would be the EU. You need to physically return the phone to an EU country if you want service...you can't mail it.

If the phone is out of warranty, you could explore replacing the part yourself. Not easy, but can be done. Search around for a parts supplier close by, since shipping could be prohibitively expensive from the US.

No. Re-read my post. Your warranty/support is only valid in the EU, no where else. If you want Apple to replace your phone...Apple doesn't fix iPhones, they replace them...you need to physically take it to an EU country.

You can't ship any iPhone Internationally to Apple, they will not accept the shipment.

You can buy a screen from eBay.

Good luck with that...the iPhone 4 screen & digitizer are glued together...good luck trying to just replace the screen. Unless you've done this before, don't waste your money or time.
