Syncing ipad with my pc (Itunes Sync) and how it affects how my ipad music will sound

Does changing the preferences settings on my itunes on my pc ... (example. enhancing or decreasing the sound enchancement option ) make a difference on how music, both downloaded songs and streaming music (spotify for example) will sound on my ipad after i sync it with my pc ?
