Previously, when I synced my iphone to my macbook pro using itunes, the bookmarks in safari including those in the bookmark bar, were synced too. Does icloud sync bookmarks in safari between devices? Thanks.

iCloud syncs bookmarks between all your devices and computers. To sync bookmarks, just go to iCloud settings on all your devices and make sure that "Safari" is turned on, so all your bookmarks will be synced between your computers and devices with iCloud

Thanks. That worked. Unfortunately, I guess the way I did it, it synced in the wrong direction so I've lost all the bookmarks I'd added to safari on my laptop since the last time these synced. :-( That's one aspect of icloud I find scary and frustrating.
