WiFi scan is not working

May be this is redundant Question but.

I have iPhone 4 with latest iOS. Problem started couple of weeks ago.

My phone is unable to connect to wifi be it home, work or outside.

It works for few hours only if I restart my phone.

I did reset my phone but problem persists after few hrs.

Any help?
