I recently got a iphone 4 cdma from a reletive , which he was with verison network. His contract came to an end this feb so he was given a choice either to exchange the phone for money or keep it . So he sent it to me . So my question is whether or not, will i be able to use this phone with any indian CDMA network providers ? ( It does not have a sim trey )

You probably won't be able to use it on any CDMA carrier in India. Although it's theoretically possible for a CDMA carrier to put a phone from another CDMA carrier into their system, in practice, in the U.S., at least, they don't. You will need to contact a CDMA carrier in India and explain the situation and ask if they can activate the phone. I wouldn't be to hopeful, though.

Since the only authorized iPhone carriers in India are all GSM, I suspect you'll have nothing but issues if you try to get a CDMA carrier, in India, to flash the phone, issues like getting iMessage or FaceTime to work, stuff like that.
If you want an iPhone to use in India, either purchase from one of the official carriers or get an officially unlocked GSM model.
