I just got ripped off if this article is true.

I already paid for a hd movie. But now it's not gonna work, from what this article says, so now i have to pay AGAIN for a sd movie?! that's a complete rip off! i altleast want my money back because that's a waste and not worth the $19.99 i paid for it. I pre-ordered it and ever since it came out i havent been able to get it to sync to my itouch and im NOT paying for it again for the sd version. Help anyone?
