Hold Sleep and Home buttons until the device restarts, so you will be able to use it again
Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
Why hasn't this bug been fixed?
hi my iphone 4s is showing a message 'not enough storage' when i click on close nothing happens and the same on settings. I dont have the ability to access my phone im suck on the lock screen. Also ive tried turining it off but i cant, the button wont go?
