Q: i tunes 11

Hi there we have just got a new comp i have downloaded the new version of i tunes but when i try to launch it by going to the store it just takes forever, I am signed in and the comp is autherised we had no probs on last comp which was old and slow any ideas would be great. PS i have also checked the firewall and all the settings are correct to allow the running.
