Photoshop CS

Hi,

I use (older) Photoshop CS (just plain CS) on my MB Pro 10.5.8.

Will my Photoshop still function if I upgrade to 10.6.8 ?

It will work without any problem in Mac OS X 10.6.8. Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6) is compatible with near all Leopard applications, including Leopard, so you can upgrade without worrying. Apart from that, make a backup before upgrading, just in case something goes wrong during the upgrade

I presume BACK-UP refers to saving to Time Machine.

Correct, but you can also use applications like Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper. We recommend to make both backups, but the Time Machine backup is enough
