i deleted my contacts

when adding my wife's computer to my apple ID i didnt realize that her iMessage would end up super FUBARED. so i decided to delete my account from her computer. first thing i did was delete all contacts from her computer. (huge mistake) now all of my IOS devices no longer contain my GIANT contact list. i tried to restore my iphone from a backup copy, yet i still have no contacts. if there is a solution to this i would love some feedback. thanks in advance!
