Airport Express and iTunes

Hi... I am trying to reset an old style Airport Express to my wi-fi network on a new iMac after replacing my BT Router. I get this message...."Airport Utility does not support this base station. Go to AirPort Service and Support for more information. I merely want the airport express to to senf iTunes tracks to an old Apple standalone speaker. Any help appreciated
