Oct 20, 2013 2:07 PM in response to wjostenby henkgrobler,So I have the same problem. My phone was not jailbroken - valid purchase from a valid carrier. Been using me phone for at least 6mo. During latest OS update, I picked up some serious issues.
MAC OS X 10.6.8; Itunes 11.1.1
Finally figured the USB connection to my Mac is problematic. When I finally succeded in restoring my phone it gives me the above message.
What to do?
