My partners iphone is disabled due to too many passcodes attempts. My iTunes was logged on in his phone, is there any way I can unlock his phone?

My partner s iPhone is disabled due to too many attempts at passcodes. We do not have access to the computer it was synced with. My iTunes account was logged in his phone. Can I unlock his phone by accessing my iTunes on my iphone?

You cannot unlock his iPhone with your iPhone. You can unlock

his iPhone using a computer other than the one his iPhone usually

syncs with but there will be data loss. You can either wait until

you get access to the normal computer but have unuseable iPhone

or use a different one with attendant loss but iPhone will work again.

Is his iPhone using iCloud? If yes and properly setup, all his information

should be there and he can resync after restore.
