i thot that rolling over from me.com gave users 25 GB on icloud?

As stated above, I just checked the usage and I'm listed at 5GB, but had heard in several tutorials that going from me.com to icloud, apple gave these users 25 GB?

When I moved to iCloud from MobilMe I got 25GB which is valid until September 2013.
