iTunes won't connect to the iTunes store
My iTunes on my HP laptop works normally but when I try to connect to the store it just says 'Accessing iTunes Store'. My internet is connected and I can go on the internet while it's trying to connect but it never connects. I can access the iTunes store on my devices when they're plugged into my laptop but my laptop won't. I have the most recent version of iTunes. Because of this, it means my iCloud won't sign in so I can't back my devices up. Please help!
