Hi,
I can not see my iphone on the itunes or my wifes? I have made sure that i have the latest itunes by deleting it and putting the newest on,I have got an iphone 4 and a iphone 5, I have reset both and then updated them both by my icloud.

What OS are you using? If you are using Windows, check this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1538. Also, if you are using Windows and you mention deleting iTunes, make sure you followed these instructions exactly when removing iTunes and reinstallating the new one http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923
