MacBook Air Restore Help Plzzzz

I was using MacBook Air OSX,some of my friends gave me software for OSX LION, I don't know it was leaved or illegal, after I got new MBA, I tried to wipe all data to transfer it to my boy, I had not DVD so I googled to find a way without it, i found to do some commands in terminal and after that my MBA stuck on apple logo grey screen,

Now I have OSX DVD but it says it can't continue restore from time machine backup, but I don't have any backup,

In utilities menu I can't erase or partition it

Is there any way to reset it??

I'm indeed of it

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.3

I'm afraid your friends may have screwed you over, as there is n Lion DVD that I'm aware of? Did you follow the guidelines to use Lion recovery from the apple support website?

Ahhh but I don't have lion DVD, how can I restore it without DVD???

Read this article VERY carefully, print it out if you must, then follow the instructions. There are also videos,on YouTube that show how Lion Recovery works.

I transferred OS X Mountain lion in USB and installed

It's all properly installed

But after I enter password it shows apple logo screen for few seconds and then it turn black and light up again and shows message that" your computer is restated because of a problem......."

It also happened before my Mac restart itself......since I upgraded to mountain lion

Any solution ?
