I don't know why you would want to or why it might be necessary. But the bottom line is an i7 MBP won't be able to run Tiger. It won't be able to run any OS earlier than what it shipped with.

Maybe If you really want to you can buy the Tiger CD install disk of amazon and eBay. Watch out for scams.

PS. I think what you posted was true, yet most Macs will not run an older OSX version than they came with, so depending which MBP the poster has, it may not be able to use Tiger.
