I dropped my iphone 5 in a spa but it mostly works

So yeah I dropped it in a spa and put it straight in rice and it was working for a bit just the screen had a glitch I can't even explain.. But now a couple days later the phone won't connect to my server it just says searching everything else works fine speakers, headphones,vibration just i cant text or call or use my phone data help
