Missing DLL when installing itunes

Downloaded itunes 11 to install on my windows 8 laptop and it will not install. Tells me that I am missing a DLL what needs to be done done to fix the problem?

Although you're getting a different error message, try the procedure from the following user tip with that one:

"The administrator has set policies to prevent this installation" error messages when installing iTunes for Windows on Windows Vista and Windows 7 systems

Running itunes as Administrator makes it work. I tried disabling the anti-virus, doing PC clean-ups..But the solution was a simple 'right click' on i-tunes installer.

It’s not working for me I tried as an adminitrator as well but the same issue is reflecting again...I have uninstalled the old one as well
