Script or setting to automate sent addresses?

I don't know if this is possible, but figured I'd ask. I have several email addresses in Mail. I only use certain email addresses when sending to certain contacts. Is there a script or a setting to say if I am sending to "x" contact send from "ab" address? I often send form the wrong address and it drive sme crazy!
