I can't open my Facebook on my MAC desktop,but I can from my IPAD

When I hit my bookmark to open Facebook,it comes up with a white screen.If I search my name on google ,I can open up my Facebook page.It won't let me go to the news feed when I hit the home button.Now I can do this from my IPAD and don't have a problem. I stopped the session for my IMAC from the IPAD and I was able to get to the log in page at least on the Mac.Then I would have the same problem of not being to acess my news feed.I can open up a family members Facebook with no problems and go on the news feed.I have reset Safari and made sure JAVA was enabled.All other web sites work fine and it appears to be only my FACEBOOK page.
