I have paid for a years' magazine subscription(digital), but when I try to open it on my ipad, it asks me to pay for the edition again. The money has been deducted from my itunes account so it doesn't seem to be an itunes problem. What do you advise? is it likely to be a problem with the company that manage the subscriptions instead?
