Q: Iphone 5 camera lag?

I bought my iphone 5 on december and its a great experience really fast but lately the camera app its lagging a lot the shutter is amazing but when i move around it lags my memory it's empty i only use 2 gb of the 13 avaible. I tried restoring but it keeps the malfunction. Is this a reason tu return it, i don't live in usa but i bought it from apple factory unlocked.

Hello

Unlock your Iphone, double-press the home-button, hold any app shown, close every app.If problem persists, unlock iphone, press home button and sleep/wake button until it turns off.
If problem persists, restore iphone and start fresh
If problem persists, it might be an hardware problem, contact Apple for further information.

My iPhone 5 camera was lagging a lot one day out of nowhere and I couldn't figure out why.
Then I realised that my phone was on low power mode which when turned on reduces some visual effects.

Long story short : If it's on low power mode, turn it off
