Q: Ipad mini message " Not enough Storage" This ipad cannot be backed up because there is not enough storage. problem is that the screen is frozen and has been for days. Will not even allow me to turn off device or slide the screen open not matter what I do.

Hold down the Power and Home buttons together until Apple logo appears. Release and wait to reboot.
