Deleting off of iCloud, not just hiding from iTunes.

I don' see any option to delete songs off of icloud, just to hide songs when I attempt to delete them out of my Itunes and off of my computer. Does anyone have a solution to delete the song off of the iCloud? I am running on Windows 7, but I don't know if that has anything to do with it? Thanks in advance! -Neal
