I am having trouble downloading a song (Red hands by walk off the earth) to my computer. It says to authorize my computer for this song and I do and it still doesn't download. Also on Itunes store in my account cannot re-download. Do not have this issue on my Ipad, just computer (PC based). Has anyone experienced this before?
