Jerky Fullscreen Flash Video but only on some flash players

Hi i'm having an issue with jerky flash video when i go full screen.

This problem only happens on certain websites, from what I remember, it's fine when going full screen on youtube, dailymotion and vimeo, but its jerky when i go full screen on worldstarhiphop and some other websites (i forgot which ones but its happened on several of them). What I noticed though is when I go full screen on worldstarhiphop, the video is jerky but when i right click the video and the drop down menu comes out, the video behind it is no longer jerky, but when i cose the drop down menu, it is jerky again, this is really frustrating.

I'm using chrome on a 13" macbook pro with retina display, everything is updated.

Thanks for any help.

What happens when you use another browser? If the problem only appears in Chrome, you should post on their forums and/or contact their tech support.

I'm experiencing the same problem.

rMBP, 15", 2.3 Ghz, Intel HD Graphics 4000 512MB.

The issue occurs in both Chrome and Safari. Video (e.g. YouTube) plays fine in normal mode, but as soon as you switch to fullscreen mode the video gets screwy, it gets jerky and boxes of colour appear within in the video. Audio is fine, but out of synch. This only seems to occur in browsers - VLC and Quicktime play fullscreen just fine. Reinstalling flash makes no difference.

I have my display scaled to maximum. Drop it down one and the jerkiness improves, but is still not normal. Drop it down two and the jerkiness disappears.

Here's my temporary fix. I downloaded the 11.7 beta Flash version from Adobe. http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer.html

Then, I went into chrome://plugins and disabled 11.6. Video seems to play better, but it does look downsampled. Also, the play buttons are not retina. My guess is that this version is not retina enhanced. But at least video plays at what seems like the correct frame rate.

I also tried the developer version of Chrome, which has 11.7 in it. It was better than Flash 11.6 and had retina icons. But video did not always look good.
