Can I type the cent sign from the keyboard?
Is there a place on the keyboard (or another keyboard besides the U.S.) where I can type the "¢" sign?
Hold down the dollar sign key and the select it from the letters displayed above.

On the UK keyboard layout it appears as an option on the £ key (which is on the numeric part of the keyboard) - pressing and holding the £ key gives me a few other currency symbols
