Since my iOS upgrade to 6.1.3, My apple code screen comes up randomly. Any ideas??
It even comes up in the middle of games...

I see, and what are you doing when you see the screen?
I've tried both to sign I. And also to cancel. I've shut down and rebooted. None of these stop the issue. It's random as to when, how often and in which apps it occurs.
