iPhone 5 icon

I am trying to fix a friends iPhone5. The problem is his Contacts icon - it does not show on the "main" screen.

When I double push the bottom center button twice to see what is running it is there. When I try dragging it onto the screen - no luck.

When I get things "shaking" and try dragging on screen, again no luck.

Any solution would be appreciated.
