Iphone wont pair with another phone via bluetooth

My fone says it pairs to another fone vis bluetooth but every time i try to send or receive i get a message says that their fone can not recieve or send

this is not supported by the bluetooth profile

Correct, as that is not a supported protocol of the iPhone.

That's correct. The iPhone cannot pair with another phone over BlueTooth; it does not support a file transfer profile.
