how do i sync my itunes library to my iCloud so that when i go to iCloud.com i can see it and transfer it to any one of my computers?
You use iTunes Match for this service. https://www.apple.com/itunes/itunes-match/ You can not view your library at iCloud.com how ever any device you register will see it.
