Boot Camp 4 for Windows XP

I am trying to install WindowsXP under Boot Camp 5 on an older iMAC 2007 but running the current OSX 10.8.3. Apple says I need the previous Boot Camp 4 and gives a link to Apple Support for manually downloading Boot Camp v4. But there is no such version availablen at the link. Does anyone know where to find the older version which supposedly works with WindowsXP?

Thanks, Bill

You need to run the installation from Mac OS X 10.5 through 10.6.8.

You need a Snow Leopard DVD, which has the initial Boot Camp drivers you need for Windows XP. They are available by calling Apple (you must call, they're not available online), and I believe the cost is $20.

After making the initial Windows Support Software install, you need to go to the following website and download versions 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 of Boot Camp update for 32-bit Windows.

Install the updates in numerical order, and you should be set.

Boot Camp software 4.0 is not supported by Windows XP.
