How do i wipe a disabled iphone 4

i didnt connect the iphone to my computer yet and i locked and forgot the passcode.

i have tried reseting it on and off and stuff but it keeps saying that itunes cannot connect to it because it is locked.

is there anyways i can wipe it or find out my password?

If you have written your password somewhere, then look for it. Password would be useless if you can find out easily.
