Apr 5, 2013 8:36 PM in response to kal_chadwickby motherhen68,I have the same problem too. What is the solution? I went from Windows Vista to WIndows 7 & now the movies I used to watch on my iPad no longer are compatible. I purchased these movies specifically to watch them on my iPad & they no longer work. This is very frustating as I feel like I've wasted too much money on movies that I can't watch.
Here is the message I'm receiving:
If anyone has a solution, please let me know.

Apr 5, 2013 9:18 PM in response to motherhen68by motherhen68,Just found that I had to go into my files & right-click on the QuickTimePlayer file, then choose "run as administrator" to get this to work.
Thanks!
