icloud tab is missing on safari browser

I have icloud set up on both my ipod touch and mac mini. The icloud tab is missing on the safari browser. How can I get the tab to show on the browser?

mac mini, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

To use this feature, your Mac must have OS X Mountain Lion and Safari 6.

Your deal had said you were running (10.5.8).
