I am having internet issues.

Whenever I log onto my macbookpro my internet automatically connects to my neighbour's internet since it doesn't have a password. Hence, everytime I log in I have to find my name on the internet servers provided, type in my internet security password, wait for it to load and then finally use my laptop. However, the next time I log in I have to do the same internet process I mentioned above again. What would you reccomend that I do?
