I can copy but when I try to paste it will not do it.

Paste Where (Office is a suite of Apps, you can't paste to just Office)
I am trying to paste a picture to a new document.
I hate guessing but I will assume that you mean Word.
Where do you copy the picture from, and what is the error message when you attempt to paste?
