I have a new computer, PC, and I have none of myiTunes music purchased prior to Febrary 2013. When I go to the iTunes store with my same account and password, it only shows my history since the new computer purchase. How do I retrieve my other purchases? Thanks!

Copy everything from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one
