Appointment for what ? If you mean for a repair then try logging into your iTunes account via this page and click the little arrow to the right of your iPad : https://supportprofile.apple.com/

If you mean for a Genius appointment at a store then click on the flag at the bottom right of this page and select your country : http://www.apple.com . And then click on 'Apple Retail Store' at the bottom middle and chose your local store
