I have a 4th gen iPod shuffle, eerytime I put my shuffle into itunes, it always says that "Itunes has detect an Ipod in recovery mode. You must restore this iPod before it can be use in iTunes.", but everytime i clicked the "restore ipod", I just loop it to the same process. "itunes has detect an Ipod in recovery mode. You must restore this iPod before it can be use in iTunes."..please help me.

You may need to change the iPod's assigned drive letter, as noted in this article
Ive change this so many times but the problem is still there.. I've changed the drive letter I also formatted my shuffle to NTFS but still the problem is still there..
It should NOT be formatted as NTFS. I believe shuffles are formatted as FAT32. Maybe try using the method you used to format it NTFS outside of iTunes, but reformat it as FAT32, then try doing a Restore again in iTunes...
go on the internet and type in find my ipod but then once you have done that type in your apple ID then take it out of ipod recovery mode hopefully that should work
