Auto mount/dismount a thunderbolt volume

So, I'll provide a longer story if needed but the short version of my inquiry is this. I'd like to have a Thunderbolt volume automatically mount at 6am and automatically dismount at 8am. Is there a way I can accomplish this? I'm assuming Automator can handle this? I've never used it and don't claim to be great with stuff like that but can follow directions pretty well.

Any thoughts?
