Listeners Also Bought not showing up and missing in iTunes Store...?

Okay so here's my problem, whenever I right click and press "Show in itunes Store" the part of when it says "Listeners also bought doesn't pop up and doesn't tell me songs that others bought, It litteraly just says listeners also bought but no songs to go with it, it kinda like bugs out, I tried to reinstall itunes but it still had the same probelm as before. Even when I try to search for a song, it just turns invisible... so this may sound odd. But I don't understand why it's doing this kinda things.. SO HELP
